Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the volume and destination.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you provide samples?
We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we support smaller sample orders for market testing. We offer free samples, but freight costs are covered by the customer.
Can I purchase products that are similar but not shown in the catalogue?
Yes, you can. Simply send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-listed items may require a longer lead time for delivery.
What are your stock status and payment terms?
We generally maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Payment terms are 100% in advance for orders under $800, and 30% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment for orders over $800. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
