Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

We maintain strict quality standards and follow international regulations for orthopedic medical devices to ensure product safety and efficacy.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders to test the market. We can offer free samples, but freight costs are covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Yes, you can. Simply send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a longer lead time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Availability depends on current sales conditions; please contact our team for accurate inventory updates.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders ≤800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
