Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured following strict quality standards and carry necessary certifications for medical devices.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for production and delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product produced monthly. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. Please contact our team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
