Normally we ship through international couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or by post upon client request.

Q3: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you provide samples?
We expect a minimum order of US$500. We understand the need to test products, so we offer free samples, though freight costs are borne by the customer.
Q4: Can I order products not listed in the catalog?
Certainly. Please provide us with pictures or samples of the products you require. Please note that custom production may take longer to deliver.
Q5: What are your inventory and payment terms?
We generally keep stock for listed products, but availability depends on sales volume; please consult our sales team for accurate inventory. Payment terms: For orders ≤US$800, 100% in advance. For orders >US$800, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
