What are the available shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or via post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you offer samples?
Standard minimum orders start at US$500. However, we support smaller sample orders for market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the client.
Can I request products not shown in the current catalogue?
Absolutely. If you require similar items, please provide pictures or physical samples. Custom production may require additional lead time.
What are your payment terms and stock availability?
We generally maintain stock for listed products with monthly production cycles. For payments under $800, 100% advance is required. Above $800, we require 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
