Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our products are manufactured according to international standards with necessary certifications for medical safety and quality management.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, depending on sales conditions. For payment: <=$800, 100% in advance; >$800, 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
