● Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
A: We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders to test the market. We can offer free samples, but customers are responsible for the freight costs.
● Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
A: Of course, you can. Simply send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a slightly longer delivery time.

A: For payments <= 800 USD, we require 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance is required, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
