Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the weight and destination of the parcel.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our manufacturing processes and products comply with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certification to ensure premium quality.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight must be covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or samples of the required items. Please note that customized or non-catalog items may require a longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products as they are produced monthly. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. We recommend contacting our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
