Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are certified under international standards including CE, ISO9001, and ISO13485 for quality assurance.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can send us pictures or samples. Please note that customized or non-catalogue items may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. However, availability depends on sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
