Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured according to international standards, ensuring quality and safety compliance with relevant certifications.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Please send us pictures or samples for reference. Note that this process may require a slightly longer delivery time for production.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products which are produced on a monthly basis. However, availability depends on sales conditions. Please consult our sales team for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
