Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, depending on sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
