Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our products and manufacturing processes are compliant with international standards, ensuring high quality and safety for medical use.
Q3 What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Q4 Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Just send us pictures or samples of the required items. Please note this may require a slightly longer delivery time for production.
Q5 Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, produced on a monthly basis. Availability depends on current sales conditions, so please contact our sales team for accurate inventory details.
Q6 What are your terms of payment?
For orders ≤800 USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
