Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we adhere to international standards and maintain necessary certifications for our medical orthopedic devices to ensure quality and safety.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-listed items may require a longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. However, it depends on sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
