Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the weight and destination.

Yes, our products are manufactured according to international standards. We maintain strict quality management systems to ensure the safety and efficacy of our orthopedic devices.
QWhat is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We can offer free samples, but customers are responsible for the freight costs.
QCan I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us pictures or samples of the required items. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may take a little longer for delivery.
QDo you have stock for listed products or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product with monthly production cycles. Availability depends on current sales conditions, so please consult our sales team for accurate inventory information.
QWhat are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance is required with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
