A: Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or via post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you hold quality certifications like ISO9001, ISO 13485, or CE approvals?
A: Yes, our products are manufactured according to strict quality standards and we maintain relevant professional certifications for medical device production.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity? Do you provide free samples?
A: We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the customer.
Q4: Can I purchase products that are not shown in the catalogue but are similar?
A: Absolutely. Please send us pictures or samples of the items you require. Note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a longer delivery time.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, and what are the payment terms?
A: Generally, we maintain stock for listed products as they are produced monthly, depending on sales conditions. Payment <= 800 USD requires 100% in advance. For > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
