Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we maintain international standard certifications for our production and quality management processes to ensure product safety and efficacy.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but do not pay the cost of freight.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for listed products, which are produced monthly. Inventory status depends on sales conditions, so please check with our sales team for accurate information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
