Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we hold ISO9001, ISO13485, and CE certifications. We can provide certificate copies upon request.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially. We offer free samples but do not cover the cost of freight.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products? What are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
