Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Charges are based on weight and destination.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. For initial testing, we can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom production may require additional lead time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Availability depends on current sales conditions; please contact our sales team for accurate inventory updates.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
