Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we hold ISO9001, ISO13485, and CE certifications. We can provide certificate copies upon request.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially. We offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Yes, simply send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, produced monthly. However, this depends on current sales. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory details.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
