What information can you provide regarding shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or by post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the volume and destination.
Do you hold ISO9001, ISO 13485, or CE approvals?
Yes, our manufacturing processes and products are certified under international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE to ensure the highest medical quality.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I purchase products not shown in the current catalogue?
Yes, you can. Simply send us pictures or samples of the similar products you require. Please note that custom or non-listed items may require a longer delivery time.
What are your payment terms and stock availability?
We generally maintain stock for every listed product. For payments under 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. Above 800 USD, terms are 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
