Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our products meet international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications to ensure high quality and safety.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders for market testing. We can offer free samples, though the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product produced monthly. However, availability depends on sales conditions. Payment terms are 100% in advance for orders under $800, and 30% T/T advance for larger orders. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
