Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Charges depend on the volume and destination of the order.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you provide samples?
We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we provide smaller sample orders for market testing. Free samples can be offered, though freight costs are covered by the client.
Can I purchase products that are similar to your catalogue but not explicitly shown?
Certainly. You can send us pictures or physical samples, and we can source or produce similar items. Please note this may require a longer delivery timeframe.
What are your payment terms and stock availability?
We typically maintain monthly production stocks for listed items. For payments ≤800USD, 100% in advance is required. For >800USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
Are the PEEK anchors provided in sterile condition?
Yes, our PEEK anchors (knot-free) are delivered in aseptic packaging to ensure they are ready for surgical use in ligament reconstruction.
