Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured according to international standards to ensure the highest quality and safety.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but the freight cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Availability depends on sales conditions; please contact our sales team for accurate inventory status.
What are your terms and methods of payment?
For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
