Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Generally, we maintain international quality standards including ISO and CE certifications for our medical devices to ensure safety and performance.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need smaller sample orders initially for testing. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalog items may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payment: <=800USD, 100% in advance; >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
How can I ensure the product quality before bulk orders?
We encourage trial orders and sample testing. All products undergo strict quality control inspections before aseptic packaging and delivery.
