Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the weight and destination.

Yes, we hold relevant quality management and medical device certifications to ensure the highest standards for our products.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalog items may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
