Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we maintain international quality standards for our medical devices and production processes.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. We understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products, produced monthly. Stock levels depend on current sales conditions; please contact our team for accurate inventory information.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
