IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Sterilize temperature ≤ 135 °C (Improved type ≤ 155 °C ), if the temperature is over 135 °C, the motor will be damaged.
2. Normal bone drill can only hold drill bits less than 6 mm, reaming drill with big torque, rpm is around 300, hollow drill is used with nail or K wire, rpm is around 600.
3. The battery need to be get out of the power tool after surgery. Otherwise the small automatic discharge of the electric will make the life of the battery short.
4. The battery cannot be sterilized, it is not resistant to high temperatures.
5. The cranial bur must be washed right after the surgery by purger in order to avoid the blood stick in the bur, then we should make it dry.
6. The battery space in the hand piece of the tool should not have any water, after sterilization.
7. The cranial bur blade is made of medical stainless steel, in order to avoid broken, so it is flexible and not very hard, it is easy to be worn-out, we suggest each blade only use for 1 surgery.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum sterilization temperature for this system?
The standard sterilization temperature should not exceed 135 °C. For improved types, the limit is 155 °C. Exceeding these limits may damage the motor.
Can the battery be sterilized along with the drill?
No, the battery cannot be sterilized as it is not resistant to high temperatures. It must be removed before the sterilization process.
What type of battery does the system use?
The system utilizes a 14.4V Ni-MH battery with an 1800mAh capacity.
How should the cranial bur blades be maintained?
Blades should be washed immediately after surgery to avoid blood adhesion. Since they are made of flexible medical stainless steel and can wear out, we suggest using each blade for only one surgery.
What are the RPM specifications for different drill types?
The reaming drill operates at approximately 300 RPM with high torque, while the hollow drill operates at approximately 600 RPM.
What is the noise level of the equipment?
The operational noise level is maintained at ≤75dB, ensuring a relatively quiet surgical environment.
