What are your shipping modes and typical charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the volume and destination.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I order products not shown in the current catalogue?
Yes, you can buy similar products by sending us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-listed items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
What are your payment terms and methods?
For payments ≤ 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
