Q1Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Q2Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we have the necessary international certifications including ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE to ensure product quality and safety.
Q3What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test products in their market. We could offer free samples, but we do not cover the cost of freight.
Q4Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that this may take a little longer for delivery as it involves specialized sourcing or production.
Q5Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we have stock for every listed product, produced monthly. For payment: orders <= 800USD, 100% in advance; orders > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
