What are the available shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the volume and destination.
Do you hold international quality certifications?
Our products and processes are managed according to high standards, including ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals to ensure medical safety and reliability.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, though freight costs are covered by the client.
Can I order products similar to your catalogue but not explicitly shown?
Yes, you can. Simply send us pictures or samples. Please note that customized or similar non-listed products may require a longer delivery time.
Are products in stock and what are the payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payments under $800, 100% in advance is required. Above $800, 30% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
