Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we maintain international quality standards for our medical devices to ensure safety and reliability.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand smaller sample orders for market testing. We can offer free samples, but customers cover the freight cost.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Availability depends on current sales; please contact our team for accurate inventory.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
