Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we maintain international quality standards including ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals for our products to ensure safety and reliability.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially for testing. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a slightly longer time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for listed products, which are produced monthly. However, availability depends on our sales condition. It is best to contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
