Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Our products are manufactured according to strict quality standards and relevant certifications are maintained for our shipping and management processes.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Yes, you can. Please send us pictures or samples of the items you require. Note that custom or non-catalogue items may take slightly longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced on a monthly basis. Payment terms are 100% in advance for orders under 800 USD. For orders over 800 USD, terms are 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
