Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
We maintain high-quality standards and follow international regulations for medical device manufacturing to ensure product safety and compliance.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a slightly longer time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced on a monthly basis. However, inventory depends on sales conditions. Please consult our sales team for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
