Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured in compliance with international standards, and we send relevant documentation via courier or post upon request.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we offer smaller sample orders for initial market testing. We can provide free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us pictures or samples, and we will assist with the production, though this may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, depending on sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
