Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the volume and weight of the order.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we maintain international quality standards and hold necessary certifications for medical device manufacturing and distribution.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a longer lead time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, and what are the payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products. Payment terms: 100% in advance for orders under $800; for orders over $800, 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
What is the typical lead time for production?
Stock items are typically dispatched within 3-7 days. For large volume or customized production, the lead time usually ranges from 15 to 30 days depending on the specifications.
