We typically ship via international couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and TNT. Shipping can also be arranged through postal services upon specific client request.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you provide samples?
Our standard minimum order value is US$500. We offer free samples for quality evaluation; however, customers are responsible for the freight costs. Small trial orders are welcome for market testing.
Can I request products not currently listed in the online catalogue?
Yes. If you require similar orthopedic items not shown, please provide pictures or physical samples. Note that custom or unlisted items may require a slightly longer lead time.
What is your current stock status and payment terms?
We maintain a monthly production cycle for listed products. For orders under $800, 100% advance payment is required. For orders over $800, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
