Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or by post upon request from clients.

Yes, our products and manufacturing processes adhere to international standards including ISO and CE certifications to ensure the highest quality.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a slightly longer time for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. Inventory levels depend on sales conditions; please contact our sales representatives for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments under 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments over 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
