Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our products are manufactured in compliance with international standards to ensure the highest quality for our clients.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product produced monthly. However, it depends on sales conditions. It is best to consult our team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <=800USD, 100% in advance. For payments >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
